Learn somatic resources and strategies from Dr. Donald Epstein's "The 12 Stages of Healing." Gain wisdom from each of the 12 stages and develop greater body awareness using breath, touch, energy and emotion.

Whether this is your first or 6th+ time attending a hands-on SRI workshop this is a fantastic opportunity to refine and enhance your resources; To help your brain reconnect with your body, experience, rhythms and your inner wisdom.

The goal of Somato Respiratory Integration is to help an individual develop lifetime skills, safety, strength, wisdom, and love in relationship to the experience of his/her body, its vibration, structure, and energy. Through reconnecting a person’s breath, touch, focused movement and attention, they are able to build tools that help experience the body more fully and shift their state of consciousness to one that supports trust for the body-mind, their life experience, healing, and empowerment.

Many of us who are in physical pain, or who are going through an illness, divorce, depression, loss of a job or loved one can benefit profoundly from SRI exercises, but SRI is not just for those who are suffering:

This Healing Intensive workshop is about developing the power of gratitude, awe, amazement, love and benevolence, through the experience of an unlimited source of spacious body, breath, energy and possibility. It's about the experience of the energy of the human spirit and of love. The Healing Intensive involves gaining wisdom through our body and our senses, taking ownership of your life, and formulating new actions based upon an expanded perspective on our interdependence and connection as human beings.

Often with daily SRI practice, people report feeling more grounded and present, as well as more energized, confident, creative and better equipped to deal with stresses in their lives.
