Wounded Warrior Run BC is all about raising money to help Wounded Warrior Canada delivery much needed support to those who have PTSD. This support is for those in the military, police, fire fighters, paramedics, search & rescue, coast guard and anyone else who needs it. For 4 days of the run, beginning in Campbell River, the team will start their day from the cafe. Plus, on one occassion the team will make a stop at the Duncan cafe during the day enroute to their final destination.

To do all we can to raise awareness and money, Serious Coffee is issuing a "Throw-Down" to all 5 communities in which the team will stop by challenging each one to entice the most people to attend their local Serious Coffee event AND make the most noise. Mayor Adams will be there and local band, Off to Sea have graciously donated their talents in support of this cause.

Your show of support and sharing of energy is invaluable and will go a long way in helping the team of runners face that day's leg. The community that comes out on top will have their name posted on all of Serious Coffee's social media pages and website for all of Vancouver Island to see. Now that's 'serious' bragging rights with an impact!
