Since 1989, cyclists of all ages and fitness levels fundraise and cycle together to end Canada’s disease.
The Cowichan Valley Grape Escape is in its 16th year! Each year this event has grown in scope and popularity with hundreds of cyclists enjoying a carefree weekend in Southern Vancouver Islands stunning Cowichan Valley Wine Region.
This is a two-day bike tour that begins at Shawnigan Lake School (in the Cowichan Valley) with riders heading north to discover multiple Points of Interests (POI’s), which include over 13 participating wineries in the region! Accommodations are provided FREE on site for Tents and RVing (and limited availability dorm accommodations for $35). MS Bike, along with generous sponsors and donors, will provide all of the food and beverages over the two day tour; and Saturday night showcases a Gala Dinner along with a Silent Auction!

Registration fee is $55 per participant and open until Saturday July 23, 2016.
This event is open to those of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are a dedicated cyclist or looking for a bit of recreation, pedaling at the Cowichan Valley Grape Escape – MS Bike, means that you will be part of an extraordinary group of Canadians who are getting outside to raise money in the fight against MS. All you need is a bike and the passion to help find a cure for MS!
