Crimson Coast Dance presents its 20th annual InFrinGinG Dance Festival, July 5-8, alongside the 16th Save On Foods Dragon Boat Festival. These festivals share the same weekend and together host an extraordinarily wide array of activities for everyone.

11:30 am: Lluva flamenco Ferla - celebrating fiesta style dance from Spain

12:30 pm: Khaleegy - Dance of the Gulf States, performance, workshop and audience participation

1:15 pm: Dabke! - Lebanese, Syrian & Palestinian folk dance. Demos/workshop

2:00 pm:Turkish Roman Dance -from folk to folkloric. Performance and workshop

3:00 pm: Dance and Rhythms of Egypt - performance and workshop fun

4:15 Flashmob - Sharing Dance Canad-National Ballet School, Chiara Ackerman

5:00 pm: MerFOLK Splash Mob - CALLING MerPERSONS, MerMEN, MerCHILDREN, MerMAIDS, MerBEASTS! Join us and Nanaimo Diamonds Seanchronized Swimmers as we gather, splish, splash and sing our siren song to the love of water! Also enjoy a slice of cake as we celebrate 20 years of Dance of the Crimson Coast!
