Are you ready to go on an interior journey? Are you intrigued by the thought of exploring your inner landscape and having a deeper understanding of what matters to you, what lessons you have learned on your life path, and how you can use your talents and abilities combined with a deeper self awareness to create more joy in your life and the lives of others? We all have a story to share, and it starts with revealing our own stories to ourselves. The universal language of self expression is art.

Join Lesley and embark on a journey within, using journaling and collage techniques that combine images, photographs, words, stream of consciousness writing, dreams, paint, stenciling and embellishing. Discover your own unique voice as you explore your inner world in a playful yet powerful way in the 4 week workshop.

Weeks 1 and 2 - Altered Book of You: You will create a book for you, about you, and dedicated to the magnificent person you are! Using recycled chunky cardboard children's books and a variety of collage techniques, altered photos, and text, you will create a personal shrine in which you shine.

Weeks 3 and 4 - Inspirational You - The Power of Words: Using collage, photos, words and quotes, you will create a pack of affirmation cards that resonate with you personally. Use your cards daily to inspire you, bring joy to your day, or help you in setting your personal intentions and goals.

Thursdays, June 27, July 4, 11 & 18 from 6:30 to 8:30 at Shine Art Studio, Pioneer Square Mall, Mill Bay.
