Stephen Fearing has earned many critical accolades and awards (including two Junos). A founding member of Blackie and The Rodeo Kings and Fearing & White (at ArtSpring in summer 2012), Fearing has collaborated with a long list of artists. His performances feature original songs and instrumentals that are “rugged, edgy, unapologetic all the while tender, intuitive and genuine” (Earshot). After decades of solo performances that have earned him an enduring place in the hearts of roots’ music fans everywhere, Stephen Fearing’s virtuosity and engaging performances remain relevant and deeply affecting.
