Wed, Feb 18^th, 6-9pm, Alberni Valley Transition Town Society – 6pm Meeting, 7pm Film “Years Of Living Dangerously”

As well as the usual group reports, we will be discussing ways to move forward on several initiatives aimed at making the Valley a more resilient and community-oriented area. All are welcome, and we encourage new memberships. The meeting will be followed at 7:00 p.m. by a screening of the first installment of the excellent Showtime series “Years Of Living Dangerously”, a serious look at investigations into the scope and nature of climate disruption. Char’s will be offering drinks and snacks. The screening is free to the public, though any donations to help defray costs will be gratefully accepted.
