A Roundtable Leader will guide HR practitioners through a discussion on specific topics related to the field of Human Resources. This allows for sharing of knowledge, strategies, lessons-learned, and practical tips, tools, and techniques. Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the discussion, ask questions, and provide real scenarios. A variety of formats will be used depending on the topic and the facilitator (i.e. group discussions, case studies etc.).

Topic and Facilitator Information: Intergenerational Challenges

Participate in a high level overview of each of the generations, including learning & communication styles. We will incorporate a few exercises and activities to keep it engaging and will do some reflection into your own generations as well as those of your workforce. You will take back practical tools that you can use in your workplace.
