This year the Nanaimo Hospital foundations fundraiser "Run for Life" has all the proceeds going to finish NRGH Operating Rooms 1 and 10, giving the community 2 more needed ORs. The Operating room nurses have formed a team called The Smooth Operators that will take part in the run. To raise money, the OR run team is hosting a Beer and Burger Fundraiser at Miller's Pub featuring local singing talent Jayden Holman. Please come out to support this wonderful opportunity to give to your local hospital thus helping fund the completion of the 2 ORs.
