Bill Johnson has received a Juno nomination for "Best Blues Recording" and has been nominated 4 times for the Maple Blues Awards. He has performed at over 40 Victoria Jazz Society and Victoria Blues Society events and has 6 full length cd releases. "He's an unsung hero of Canada's blues and roots music scene." (Holgar Peterson, CBC Radio, Stoney Plain Records.)
