We are very excited to announce that the incredible team at Camilles at 45 Bastion Square, and the amazing winemaking talents of Covert Farms Family Estate, are teaming up. For one night only, Chef Stephan Drolet, will use his culinary talents to bring you 5 courses of local, organic fare, paired with the luscious, organic wines from Oliver, BC's own "New Winery to Watch", Covert Farms Family Estates. Joining Chef Stephan, will be Covert Farm's own Derek Uhlemann, who will walk you through the pairings, explaining how the tastes, and textures play off one another to bring you the flavour sensations you will experience.
