add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
The City Talks is a free public lecture series featuring distinguished urbanists drawn from our own university as well as from outside Victoria.
This term, the series theme is Sex and The City, with guest speakers from Peers Victoria, UVic and Brock University. Ebru Ustundag, Associate Professor for the Department of Geography and Tourism Studies from Brock University, joins us at the City Talks on March 22.
The lecture will focus on the symbolic, physical and legal violence that has marked sex-worker’s bodies in a city context, and how this affects the materiality of their everyday lives.
