Sun, May 31st, 8-10pm, Concert –Dawna McLennan (HarpPixie!) - Harper-Singer-Songwriter-Spoken-Word Music is a magnifier, that amplifies our human experience. I play the folk harp, laying down rhyhmic chordal layers unusual for the instrument; and sing sing sing, adding a loop pedal, to stack vocal harmonies. My repertoire also encompasses spoken word pieces, that have their linguistic toes deeply rooted in the earth’s colours and moods.
