Join our chef for a tour of some favourite soul-satisfying soups!  As we move towards Fall and Winter, soup is the simplest and most delicious meal to share with friends and family after a day at work, or a day outside in the cooler weather.  These soups are inspired by talented cooks around the world!

Terrific Trang Tom Kha Gai

Fragrant Homemade Green Curry Paste, Kaffir Lime Leaf-scented Coconut Milk Broth, Buttery Oyster Mushrooms, Aromatic & Succulent Vegetables and Tender & Juicy Chicken.  This soup was inspired by a month-long rock climbing trip near Phuket!

Superbe Soupe au Céleri-Rave

Garlicky and Buttery, Hearty and downright delicious Cream of Celery Root Soup, with Delicately Fried Lacinato Kale, Crispy Bacon and Drizzled with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.  A go-to meal while multi-day hiking the GR-20 in France!

Karakoram Kashmiri Red Lentil Dahl

Golden, Silky, Warming High-Mountain Lentil Soup, Infused with Freshly Ground Housemade Kashmiri Curry Blend and Beautifully Balanced with Fresh Lemon Juice, Thick and Creamy Yogurt and Piping Hot Perfect Brown Rice.  Best backcountry meal ever!

Velvety, Nourishing & Delectable Portuguese Caldo Verde

A Hearty Celebratory Smooth and Creamy Soup from Northern Portugal, packed with nutrient dense Pemberton Potatoes, Crispy Dark Leafy Greens, Golden Roasted Cauliflower, Lightly Pan-Fried Spicy Sausage, Drizzled with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled with Pimentón.  A delicious and satisfying meal to celebrate the joys of life… and also a great recovery meal after an intense day of hiking!

Unfortunately, for the Trang Tom Kha Gai, we cannot accommodate guests that do not eat chicken or chicken stock. All other soups can be made vegetarian. Please make note of your requirements upon registration.
