To celebrate Celiac Awareness Month this May, we're hosting a gluten-free cooking class showing you how to prepare grains and seeds like amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat and many more. You'll learn how to perfectly cook and season various gluten-free grains, plus different ways of serving them for delicious meals at home. Enjoy samples and go home with recipes at the end of the class.
