In this in-person workshop, you will learn how to deal with the most common and troublesome difficult personalities so that you can help make your workplace a more enjoyable - and productive - place to be.

You Will Learn:

How to correctly identify the top 9 difficult personalities encountered in the workplace.
Tools to tailor your approach with each difficult personality.
The "dos" and "don'ts" for optimal success with the most difficult personalities.
The secrets for crafting messages that maximize engagement and get results.
Strategies to maintain control of the conversation and get the outcome you want.

Presenters:
Diane A. Ross is a speaker, writer and executive coach. She graduated from UBC in 1989 with a combined B. Comm (Honours) and law degrees. She has extensive knowledge and training in communication, negotiations and conflict resolution.

Diane works with professionals to help them gain the confidence and skill to succeed in their difficult conversations. Her experience includes: 14 years� experience as a litigation lawyer; a Certified Executive Coach designation from Royal Roads; training as a negotiator and mediator at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School; and starting and managing two businesses. Diane�s first book The Elephant in the Office � Super-Simple Strategies for Difficult Conversations was published in May 2013.
