Drawing and painting the West Coast Landscape (Registration Code: 122890)
2 Saturdays November 23 & 30: 10am � 4pm
Open to beginner and intermediate students, this acrylic painting workshop will guide you through the steps of painting a West Coast landscape. You will learn how to begin by developing thumbnail sketches, how to identify value patterns and shapes, and how to work up a detailed sketch to transfer to canvas. Moving onto painting with acrylic, colour choices will be made from a limited palette that encourages colour mixing. You will also be instructed on a variety of painting and brushwork techniques as you complete your West Coast landscape painting.
$160 plus GST: all supplies included.
