Multiple course meals are not a thing of the past or just reserved for 5 star restaurants. Come and learn the easy way! Chef Jodie will prepare a gourmet 5 course meal using fresh, local ingredients. Guests will learn how to find great ingredients and turn them into something their guests will rave about. Peter will give us a crash course in some basic wine knowledge and how to pair with food.
