Bring your compassionate heart and your creative mind as we join Tracy Smyth from the Dalai Lama Centre for Peace and Education to learn about: The 5 qualities of Heart-Mind well-being Research that has demonstrated the positive impacts of social and emotional learning Creating balance between educating the mind and educating the heart Following the workshop will be group sessions exploring how we can incorporate Heart-Mind well-being in our community. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
