Ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese? Come and join Paula Maddison at Fairburn Farmstay and Guesthouse and learn how easy it is to create your own cheese at home!
In this workshop we'll explore soft cheeses: sour cream, cream cheese, butter, boursin and Fromage Blanc. The cost of this workshop includes mini-kit.
Sign up early as workshops fill quickly and there is limited seating. Deposit required upon registration.
Please note that store bought milk will be used in these workshops.
