In this format of Family Yoga, we take incredible trips with our imagination, travel to see animals in far away lands, work on breath awareness through different games, we use props and music to create a fun environment in the class.
You don't need to bring a mat, we provide them! Just bring a positive and playful attitude and be ready to laugh, play and maybe even get a little silly!
