The feminine heart thrives on movement, sensuality, earth and life rhythms;
and connection to others. Traditional meditation techniques - for men - teach that all those things are distractions to be overcome on the path to bliss. What if these things are essential to the feminine soul seeking enlightenment, or at least contentment around how much laundry there is to do?

Sessions will include SOME silent sitting; conscious movement; guided meditations; music; and various practices to deepen awareness of the present moment.
