Tiller's Folly are modern day storytellers of lore, uniting past with the present. Creating songs of their Pacific Northwest home and life on the road, Tiller Folly continue to draw fans from around the globe. Their music reflects the many sojournes through the mystic landscapes of Scottish Highlands to the mist-draped mountains and sprawling vistas of the Carolinas, Virginia and Tennessee and their roots on the coast of the Pacific Northwest. For the past sixteen years, through thousands of performances stretching from the Pacific Northwest to the British Isles, they have spread their memorable blend of energy, history, musicality, romance and just plain fun from small and large halls to theatres and festivals. With nine studio CDs to the bands credit, Tiller's award winning productions continue to expand and refine their potent mix of acoustic & electric based, Celtic influenced Canadiana, Americana, Newgrass and beyond. With the success of their new CD Stirring Up Ghosts Vol 1 and 2- Tiller's Folly is Bruce Coughlan (songwriter, lead vocals. Guitar, bodhran, flute, whistle); Nolan Murray (fiddle, mandolin, mandocaster, banjo, viola, guitar) and Laurence Knight (producer, bass, vocals).

Royal Wood: On stage at 9pm
The last few years have brought upon many celebrated achievements in Royal Wood’s career. Since being proclaimed the “Songwriter of the Year”, by iTunes in 2008, Wood has continued to evolve and hone his musical craft – maintaining an unmistakable identity while uncovering and reinventing his sound.

Proclaimed a prolific songwriter and one of Canada’s major talents by critics, fans and the industry alike, Wood will release his 5th studio album “The Burning Bright” on March 18th. The album registers a number of firsts for Wood, whose chart-topping 2012 release, the JUNO Award nominated We Were Born To Glory, firmly established him as one of the country’s most accomplished alt-pop singer/songwriters, producers, arrangers and multi-instrumentalists.

His music has also been featured in several TV and Film productions, including major television shows like Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, bringing his sound to a variety of audiences.

Greatly admired, Wood’s records have been released worldwide on Maple Music Recordings/Universal, Rounder Europe and Toy Town Records in the UK, and he has successfully toured in Canada, USA, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, Ireland and Italy. Wood has also supported national tours with David Gray, Sarah Harmer and Serena Ryder and has headlined venues across the world – selling out dates along the way.
