Framed Fibre Collage with Daniella Amit

In this exciting workshop you will be learning and creating a rich and attractive fabric collage.

A choice of materials will be arranged into unique compositions and attached to a background material.

Several learned embroidery stitches will add texture and colour to your creation, as well as beads and other findings.

Completion of your original piece will be made by framing it in a shadow box and prepared for hanging.

Supplies:

A wide choice of fabrics, materials and supplies will be provided in the cost of the workshop, including the shadow box frame.

Fibre: Fabric, Lace, Yarn, Beads & Finding. ools: Scissors, Pins & Needles, Interfacing

Finishing materials: Ribbon, 8”x8” wood frame, Rods, hooks & wire.

You are welcome to bring your own inspiring materials, including meaningful and eclectic pieces of jewelry that can be attached to your creation.
