Ninety-year-old Bill Godden, a resident of Langley B.C. has a mission like none other. Since 2003, Bill has been creating wooden finger labyrinths modelled on the great labyrinths from around the world.
Godden’s “labyrinth museum” will now be housed at the Bethlehem Retreat Centre and is almost certainly the only finger labyrinth museum on the continent or even in the world. The patterns of these structures are based on the original designs of labyrinths at places such as Chartres, Amiens, Rheims and Kent University.
Join us for the Grand Opening on March 21, 2015, 1-4 p.m.of the Finger Labyrinth Museum. Come and meet Bill Godden, enjoy a display of over 25 finger labyrinths, and walk the very popular labyrinth at the Centre. This celebration coincides with the Spring Equinox and is a great way to Welcome Spring just as we welcomed the return of the light at our Solstice Celebration.
