Guided Love Meditation with Native Seer Isabel

This meditation is based upon my Cree Heritage which is from the prairies. Traditionally in my First Nation's culture we do not mediate. We prayed for many things in Ceremony. When I was younger I wanted to learn and experience love. I spent 8 years praying on love. I developed this meditation from that prayer. We will form 4 circles with Spirit, Creator, Mother Earth and ourselves so we can have more love in our lives. This prayer is designed to heal us, the World, Spirit and the Universe.
