A perfect combination of two of Gabriola Island's favourite experiences! Let Paula Maddison show you how to make your own hand-stretched mozzarella cheese, as well as the technique for making bocconcini and burrata. While you're enjoying your cheese, relax and unwind with a tasting of world-famous Gabby's cider, made right here in our sunny orchard. A kit including ingredients to make 4 lbs of cheese at home, along with instructions, is included in the price. A fantastic evening to share with friends, or make some new ones!
