We are a group of caring individuals who provide comfort items to those in need in the community with emphasis on children, the displaced, seniors and those experiencing sudden trauma/loss. Our recipients include local hospitals, care facilities, School District 79, womens' and homeless shelters, local daycares and other charitable or service groups (Community Services, RCMP, firefighters, first responders, displaced persons organizations.)
We can always use more helping hands! We need sewers (sewing machine and serger provided), quilters, knitters and crocheters. Fabric, notions, yarn and needles/hooks provided.
