Take a close look at what�s growing in the Apothecary Garden at Innisfree Farm, where the herb beds are planted according to the body systems they help to heal � heart, lungs, kidneys and so on.

Medical Herbalist Chanchal Cabrera will share facts about the botany, history, medicinal uses and scientific research for the abundance of herbs that thrive in the garden, from common weeds like mullein and burdock, to Chinese transplants such as astragalus and forsythia, to European imports like deadly nightshade and milk thistle.
