Heritage Month at the Nanaimo Museum: Quill Pens & Ink Wells

Every Saturday in February families can participate in the popular Quill Pens & Ink Wells program from 12pm-3pm. Children will write with a quill pen in our school exhibit and play with historical toys. Cost of the program is included in regular admission.

Celebrate our city’s storied past at the Nanaimo Museum. Heritage week from February 16-22 has inspired a month of family activities and a speaker series. This year’s theme, Main Street: at the Heart of the Community is reflected in a Then & Now display of archival and modern photos.
