A local alpine guide shares tips and resources for family adventures and avid hikers. Ask questions before heading out on our guided hikes or self-guided exploration in Regional Parks. Get advice on clothing, equipment and route planning to help you stay safe and enjoy the outdoors. Note: This course is MANDATORY for all new participants in the RDN Alpine Hikes.
