Join Linda Michaluk in a 2 hour demonstration class that will focus on making (and eating!) mozzarella and ricotta in a home kitchen, using basic kitchen equipment and a couple of special easily obtained ingredients. We will investigate the origins of cheese, different ways of making it, and of course, how to use your fabulous fresh product.
