The 2nd Annual CBI Health Hustle 4 Hunger (H4H) has been scheduled April 11, 2010 at Beaver Lake. This includes:

� Two events

o Beautiful 10km run around Elk Lake

o 3km fun run/walk in Beaver Lake Park

� Great draw prizes post race!

� Massage and Physiotherapy tent (by donation)

� Post race BBQ in Beaver Lake Park

Last years event was a great success so of course we�re looking to repeat! This is for a great cause, raising money and collecting donations for the Mustard Seed and the Goldstream Food Bank.

For those of you participating in the TC 10k this year, the H4H is a great primer to find your race pace and be officially clocked on a 10km run. H4H takes place two weeks prior to the TC 10k, just before your tapering begins!

So start your spring off right, help support the Mustard Seed and Goldstream Food Bank and run/walk in the HUSTLE 4 HUNGER!

Fees

� 10km race $25 Early Bird and $30 regular

� 3km fun run/walk $15 Early Bird and $20 regular
