Please join us for a public lecture by Jeff Halper, Nobel Peace Prize Nominee, anthropologist, Jewish-Israeli Peace Activist, and Co-Founder, Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD).

Since its founding, ICAHD has been educating internationals and Israelis about the effects of the Israeli military occupation of Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, on Palestinians, and advocating for the rights of Palestinians living there.

Dr. Halper has organized and led nonviolent direct action and civil disobedience against Israel’s occupation policies and authorities and is committed to help rebuild demolished Palestinian homes. “We think, as Israelis, that Jews and Arabs should live together,” Halper says. “Palestinians have rights of self-determination just like we have. We have to fight also for their rights. One of our slogans is ‘we refuse to be their enemies."

Donations encouraged from community members. All proceeds benefit the rebuilding of Palestine homes in 2015.
