Island Voices Chamber Choir 20 Year Gala

This entire year we are celebrating our 20th anniversary of "singing excellent music, excellently”.
However, a very special Gala Celebration will be held at
7:30 pm, Fri. Jan. 26, 2018 at the Florence Filberg Centre, Courtenay,
7:30 pm, Sat. Jan. 27, 2018 at the Eagles Hall, Campbell River.
These will be truly delightful events with our audience seated at candle-lit tables!
In the first half of the program, you will have the unique opportunity to hear a most remarkable and unusual bluegrass mass, uniting the choir with such fine professional musicians as Chad Pabianek on banjo, Jeff Drummond on guitar, Cam Boyce on violin, Robin Sutmöller on mandolin, and John Hyde on bass.
The second half will feature choir members’ favourite songs from 1997 to the present, with alumni joining us in several selections.
Tickets are $30, including wine and gourmet snacks.
Should you wish to give them as Christmas gifts, they will be on sale at the outlets listed below approximately December 10. You might consider buying a table for eight friends for a magical evening!
