Mother’s Day High Tea Fundraiser

While you’re celebrating your mothers, mentors, daughters, and friends – you will also be supporting women in food, beverage, and hospitality as the event’s net proceeds will fund the LDBC Scholarship Program.
The elegant menu has been created by LDBC member Chef Christine Godlonton, Culinary Arts Instructor at Vancouver Island University. The menu will be paired with a delightful Saicho Sparkling Tea from Dame Ceri Barlow and Nubeverage, and Dame Amanda Goodman Lee of Honey Bee Zen is providing her 100% pure Kootenay Wildflower and infused honeys to elevate your tea. To maximize funds raised, Dame Linda Seiffert and Snow Cap are also graciously contributing ingredients in addition to Finest at Sea and Gordon Food Service.
Guests will enjoy the following menu while entertained by local musician, Elise Boulanger.
