We are currently looking for new members to join our team as Nanaimo Hospitality Ambassadors!

The Nanaimo Ambassadors are a dedicated group of individuals who volunteer their time to promote the City of Nanaimo for the cruise ship passengers, Tourism Nanaimo visitor centres and at festivals and events. We are offering FREE hospitality training for new members, call or email to reserve your seat today!

We are pleased to announce that fall training for the Nanaimo Hospitality Ambassador Program will be held in November and will be delivered by Blue Mountain Solutions. Theresa and her associates use their years of hospitality experience to inspire change within participants in the delivery of engaging hospitality service.

Training involves 2 x half day courses delivering punchy, real life customer service skill enhancement to build the volunteer team to be superb service professionals and ambassadors for Nanaimo.

Both modules will run 4 times:

 Part 1

• Wednesday, Nov 8th from 9am-1pm OR 2pm-6pm


• Thursday Nov, 9th from 9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm

Part 2

• Wednesday Nov, 15th from 9am-1pm OR 2pm-6pm


• Thursday Nov, 16th from 9am-1pm OR 2pm-6pm
