Living with Stroke™ has been developed by Heart and Stroke Foundation for people who have had a stroke and for those who care for them. Living with Stroke™ is an interactive program. It consists of eight group learning modules. Through discussion, videos and activities, participants learn and are assisted to deal better with the effects of stroke and to take charge of their recovery.
Volunteer facilitators are needed to provide this program in their home community. Training is provided. Travel assistance is available to the one-day training workshop for qualified attendees.
