Each spring, something special happens on the mid-Island. The Pacific Brant Carving, Woodworking & Art Show - an event that has become a favourite for artists, makers, and anyone who appreciates skilled hands and beautiful work. See carefully carved birds, figures, bowls, furniture and original art that reflect hundreds of hours of patience and practice. There are artists on hand who are happy to explain tips, lessons learned and even mistakes. Seminars are available and there are many demo's as well.
