Without question, we are seeing a rise in bullying and harassment complaints in organizations, leading to a rise in investigations, a rise in stress levels amongst employees, and in some cases the destruction of teams and organizational culture. As HR professionals, we know that this doesn’t have to be the case. Building a respectful workplace is often the key to creating a stronger, more positive culture where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best on a daily basis.

In this workshop, learning topics will include:

developing an understanding of what a respectful workplace looks like and how to cultivate it as a manager;

how to manage performance with constructive feedback;

how to empower respectful behaviours and address disrespectful behaviours.
