Visual Journals are the best way to experience and remember a new place. It creates a memorable record of your impressions that are far more powerful than taking photos. A merging of images and words together on a page. Experience your vacation at "eye-level" inspired each day by the day's adventure.
These workshops will introduce or expand the art and habit of seeing the world as recorded and expressed by your unique journals. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. Create at your own pace with instruction and encouragement of skilled artists included with the tour. The tours are designed for affordability, fun and safety in comfortable accommodations and transportation. Participants will observe plenty of demos, receive individual attention from the tour artists and include group reviews to share ideas and learning. Each day we will explore different drawing, watercolour and ink techniques so you can find your style and creative voice.
