SPRING RESET 🌸 Reiki Sound Bath & Guided Meditation for the Spring Equinox

A soothing evening of Sound Healing & Reiki to awaken your energy, clear away winter’s heaviness, and welcome the vibrant renewal of spring.

As day and night find perfect balance, we’ll gather in this sacred space to harmonize mind, body, and spirit - embracing the Equinox as a time to plant new seeds of intention and realign with the rhythms of nature.


✨ WHAT TO EXPECT ✨
This immersive sound journey features 11 crystal singing bowls and an array of percussion instruments - chimes, rain stick, and wave drum - supported by a high-quality sound system to create a deeply restorative sonic landscape.


🌿 GROUP LIMITED TO 12 PARTICIPANTS
To support personal connection and energetic balance, this Spring Equinox gathering is limited to 12 guests, each receiving individual Reiki energy healing during the session.

Through gentle breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and vibrational sound, Ash will guide you into a deeply meditative state that helps:

- Regulate the nervous system
- Release stagnant or heavy energy
- Restore balance and inner peace
- Awaken clarity, creativity, and renewal

- Please bring your own yoga or foam mat, pillows, blankets, and/or eye mask for comfort(An extra pillow under the knees can help relieve lower-back pressure).
- A limited number of mats are available by request

Entry: The back door will open approximately 5 minutes before the start time
