Summer Art Workshop: Exploration of Drawing and Painting

July 11th to 15th, come join Janice Erwin at The Old School House Art Center (TOSH) for a hands-on and creative introduction to the various types, approaches and histories of art! Each day will bring a new project with a focus on fun and trying something new! Children will be working in a real art studio where a sense of discovery and imagination will be encouraged as they explore a variety of art mediums.

For ages 6 to 10

Mornings will explore drawing fundamentals- giving kids an opportunity to express their creativity and try a hand at different techniques. Afternoons are dedicated to "Art Time Travel"- helping kids discover artists and techniques from a different time while also learning how to paint and use colour!

Children can attend either MORNINGS from 9:30 to 12:00, AFTERNOONS from 1:00 to 3:30 or stay for the FULL DAYS from 9:30 to 3:30. Children who choose to stay all day should bring a lunch to be eaten with Janice in the playground next door.

FIVE 2.5hour HALF DAYS: $65.00
FIVE 6hour FULL DAYS: $130.00
