Summer BBQ and Annual AGM

The Summer BBQ and AGM marks the end or 2011/12 Socials. Socials will begin again in September at the same location, Did you know that back in May of 1988, Frank and other interested parties founded our club? I am proud to report that our club is 24 years old and it is through the dedication of volunteers that keep any non-profit organization going. It is also this time of year that we hold our annual AGM.
As a registered Society, we must hold one meeting a year that is considered an AGM. There are three parts to the AGM, the Report of the Directors, the Financial Statement and election of Director positions (which take effect in September). Only members in good standing you are allowed to vote and hold director positions.
