This new 4 week Monday & Wednesday session is being offered in response to high demand from the community.
These sessions are coached by the Nanaimo White Rapids Swim Club's head, assistant head, senior coaches and special guest coaches.
The sessions are suited to those who can swim 400m comfortably. If you are a Masters swimmer or interested in training, this is for you!
