Described by the CBC as "Canada's next cello superstar," Victoria principal cellist Brian Yoon is well positioned to deliver an unforgettable performance. His program will include a Bach solo suite, several short works with a Hungarian flavour, and, as its cornerstone, the virtuoso masterpiece "Sonata for Cello" by Hungarian composer Zoltan Kodaly.
