Are you ready to move beyond rice and pasta? In this class we will begin an exploration of ancient, health-giving grains. Chef Heidi Fink will instruct on cooking techniques, buying and storing tips, and fantastic recipes covering a range of dishes and flavours.
Tonight’s vegetarian-friendly menu will include quick and delicious grain salads, entrees, side dishes, and desserts, including thyme-scented Quinoa Pilaf with roasted vegetables, Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup, Pan-seared Millet Polenta, and much more.
