Five short scenes, all with the same plot, are based on the distinct styles of five different musical theatre composers. You will see and hear references to such iconic musicals as Oklahoma, The Sound of Music, Into the Woods, Sweeney Todd, Hello Dolly, Mame, Phantom of the Opera, Cabaret, Chicago and more!
The brilliant writing of collaborators Eric Rockwell and Joanne Bogart simultaneously poke fun at, and pay tribute to, this grand production style known as musical theatre. Come and enjoy the comical antics of local actor/singers Pam Miller, Jamie Hillier, Kevin Eade and Tea Siskin.
They are joined by pianist Brad L'Ecuyer and director Jan Heinrichs. The cast and crew received rave reviews from their production in September in Oak Bay and are now delighted to bring the show to the Berwick Royal Oak Theatre.
Partial proceeds from this event will be donated to the Victoria Dandelion Society.
