ABOUT

The WITS Programs (formerly Rock Solid) Foundation is a registered Canadian charity working to reduce peer-victimization/bullying and teach conflict resolution from kindergarten to grade 6 via the WITS strategies: Walkaway, Ignore, Talk It Out, Seek Help.

WITS (witsprogram.ca) is hosting its first-ever Pink Shirt Gala. This event is a new and exciting hot ticket party in Greater Victoria that will help provide funding so that this important anti-bullying program can expand into more Canadian schools!

The Pink Shirt Gala will be an evening of PINK, with pink-inspired cocktails, food, décor, dress, entertainment, and surprises. This intimate dinner party begins at 6pm on Saturday, February 23rd, at the Victoria International Marina, with a cocktail hour followed by a 3-course dinner and live entertainment.

Later in the week, on February 27th, is Pink T-Shirt Day - a day encouraging everyone to practice kindness and to wear pink to symbolize that you do not and will not tolerate bullying.

WITS is starting Pink Shirt Day a few days early with their own PINK SHIRT GALA, so that adults can get dressed in their best pink attire, have some fun, and stand together against bullying.
