Invitation to: The Untold Tale of Titanic’s Sister Ship the Olympic “Sisterships”: A Fictional Tale Aboard Titanic's Forgotten Sister the Olympic by Elaine Gallagher's first novel –“Sisterships” – is inspired by her grandmother, Betsy Oaks, who sailed aboard the Olympic.
Elaine currently resides in Victoria, BC. Linda Darby’s painting,“Sistership” was inspired by Elaine Gallagher’s book, “Sisterships”. Linda’s vision of the sister ship sailing past icebergs, unlike the Titanic that was sunk. Linda’s solo show of new paintings,”City Light”, is open at the Gage Gallery, 2031 Oak Bay Avenue until Nov 18th.
